Classes, personal training or other services are not included unless expressly stated in the selected package.

3. Membership Use and Access
Membership is personal and may not be transferred, shared or lent to another person. Access is permitted during the facility’s published operating hours, subject to facility capacity and peak-time policies. Membership provides access to operating Prime Pulse Gym branches in accordance with the approved policy.

4. Trial Period
The member is entitled to one free 24-hour trial period.

5. Membership Suspension
The member may suspend the membership as follows:

  • One-month membership: one suspension.

  • Three-month membership: two suspensions.

  • Six-month membership: three suspensions.

  • Annual membership: four suspensions.

The total suspension period may not exceed 25% of the membership duration. Suspension days are not counted as part of the membership period, and the membership will be extended accordingly.

6. Member Obligations
The member must comply with the facility’s code of conduct, posted rules, signage and staff instructions, use equipment correctly, protect facility property and inform management of any injury or health condition that may affect safety.

The use or promotion of prohibited substances is not permitted. Photographing or recording any member or employee without written consent is prohibited.

7. Prime Pulse Gym Obligations
The facility shall provide a safe and clean exercise environment, functional equipment, agreed services, published operating hours, first-aid supplies and appropriate protection of members’ personal information.

8. Facility Closure and Compensation
If the facility closes without prior notice, except in cases of force majeure, members shall be compensated for the closure days. If the closure continues for more than one continuous month, the member may terminate the membership and receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining period.

9. Injury and Medical Conditions
If the member sustains an injury inside the facility that temporarily prevents exercise, the membership may be suspended based on a medical report. If the medical report confirms permanent inability to exercise, the member shall receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining membership period.

10. Membership Termination
Prime Pulse Gym may terminate a membership after one written warning if the member violates the code of conduct or facility rules.

Immediate termination without prior warning may apply in cases of harassment, threats, violence, intentional damage to facility property, or transferring or lending the membership to another person.

Membership may also be terminated if the member provides false personal information or uses or promotes prohibited substances.

The member may terminate the membership and receive a pro-rata refund if the facility breaches a material obligation, closes for more than one continuous month, or a medical report confirms permanent inability to exercise. Termination must be requested in writing, and any facility-issued access card must be returned.

11. Privacy and CCTV
Personal data shall be used solely for membership management and shall not be shared with third parties without written consent, except where required by law. CCTV is used inside the facility for security and safety purposes.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
